Dedicated to the memory of Mike Phelan
This site is a tribute to Mike Phelan of Stroud, Gloucestershire formerly Wallingford, Oxfordshire who died suddenly on February 16th 2018 aged 80 years. Much loved husband of Dottie, dear daddy to Linda and Clare and grandpa to Sam, Edward and Lottie. He will be greatly missed by us and all who knew him.
